In this lesson, we read and discuss Familia Rōmāna's second reading (Scaena secunda) of the fourth chapter (Capitulum IV).
Among the topics covered are the following:
Relative pronouns & relative phrases
Imperatives and vocatives
Possessive adjective suus -a -um vs. possessive pronoun eius
Adjective nullus -a -um (‘no one’)
Pōnere in + abl. (see also Mastering Place Where)
Emphatic use of personal pronouns is, ea
In addition, we continue practicing spoken Latin by reviewing everything we learned in the previous lesson(s).
