Join Learn Latin
The Ultimate Latin Learning Platform
Cārī amīcī et amīcae,
As we begin the new year, I would like to personally invite you to join Learn Latin, my online platform dedicated to the serious and structured study of Latin through guided courses, live teaching, and an active learning community.
Live courses resume next week, and new members are very welcome to join:
Rosarium: Latin Rosary begins on Tuesday, January 13, at 12:00 PM Central Time / 7:00 PM CET (Rome time).
Latin II: Foundations resumes on Wednesday, January 14, also at 12:00 PM Central Time / 7:00 PM CET (Rome time).
Both courses are taught live via Zoom and focus on close reading, grammar, and historical context. If you are unable to attend the live sessions, every class is recorded, edited, and uploaded within 48–72 hours, allowing you to follow the courses entirely at your own pace.
Please note that while the courses starting next week are intermediate, there is no need to worry if you are new to Latin. The membership also includes full access to Latin I: First Steps, a complete beginner course designed to guide you step by step from the basics. You may begin with Latin I at your own rhythm and join the live courses when you feel ready.
Monthly Membership
€29.95 / month
The Monthly Membership gives you full access to everything on the platform, including:
Full access to all self-paced Latin courses
Video lessons, quizzes, and cheatsheets
Weekly live lectures and practice labs
Access to the members-only discussion forum
All interaction on the platform takes place through the members-only forum, where you can communicate directly with me as your instructor, ask questions related to the lessons, and take part in ongoing discussion with a private and vibrant community of fellow Latin learners. The forum is organized by course and is designed to support real progress through sustained study, shared discussion, and collaborative learning.
If you have been following my work on Substack and are looking for a deeper, more guided way to study Latin—whether classical or ecclesiastical—this is an excellent moment to join.
I would be delighted to welcome you into the Learn Latin community. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out at any time.
Wishing you a strong and fruitful beginning to the year, filled with steady progress and rewarding Latin study.
Valētē quam optimē,
Magister Iācōbus

Hello,
Thanks for providing the opportunity to learn latin. I upgraded to Pro today. I have been studying Famila Romana for about a year no and am on chapter 8. I was looking for the full set of videos for the book but I now only see chapter 19 and chapter 20 on the site. Can you direct me where I can view all the all the videos.
thanks
PS: if there are ongoing live lessons that is even better.
I tried to sign up and pay for the account, but it’s not letting me so I missed the class today and I’m not happy about it. Thank you.
